Bissonette Wins In Great Plains Drawing Judy Bissonette received an early Christmas gift when she was presented with a Philips DVD player by Great Plains Communications' Bruce Salisbury and Phillip Jensen. Great Plains Communications conducted a customer satisfaction survey and gave the option to enter for a chance to win the DVD. Judy's name was drawn from over 1,100 entries.
